For sparkies, plumbers, chippies, builders and other tradies
AI for tradies: less paperwork, more time on the tools
You're on the tools all day, so the calls, quotes and invoices pile up for the evening. I set up AI assistants that handle the bulk of it for you, built around how your business actually runs, and I show you how they work in plain English.
Where tradies lose the most time
- Missed calls while you're up a ladder or under a sink, and the customer rings someone else
- Quotes typed up at 9pm from notes on the back of a receipt
- Chasing invoices, matching receipts and getting ready for your BAS
- Forgetting to ask happy customers for a review
None of these need you personally. They need a system, and that's what I set up.
What your AI assistants can do
Each one is set up for your trade, your prices and the way you talk to customers.
Catch every missed call
A friendly text goes out within a minute of a missed call, asks what the job is and gets the details, so the work doesn't go elsewhere.
Quotes from your notes
Send a voice memo or a few lines from the ute and get back a tidy, priced quote to check and send.
Invoices and chasing
Invoices go out when the job's done, receipts are matched in Xero or MYOB, and late payers get polite reminders.
Job reminders
Customers get a reminder the day before, with what to expect, so fewer wasted trips and no-shows.
More Google reviews
Happy customers get a quick, personal request for a review once the job is signed off, and you get replies drafted for you.
Photos into posts
Before-and-after photos turned into ready-to-post updates for Facebook and Instagram, written in your voice.
A normal day with your AI team
Here's how it might look for a small plumbing business.
Missed calls followed up automatically by text, and quotes drafted from voice memos, so fewer jobs go cold and you get your evenings back.
- 7:30 You get a short list of today's jobs and who's waiting on a quote
- 10:15 A missed call gets a text back in under a minute, and the customer books in
- 13:00 You send a voice memo from the ute; the quote is ready to check by the time you've finished lunch
- 16:30 Yesterday's customer gets a thank-you and a review request
- Evening Nothing. It's already done.
Common questions
I'm on the tools all day. When would I do this?
We keep it short. A first chat, then I do the setup around your day and show you how it works in a quick session. Most of it runs on its own after that.
Will it work with my job software?
If you use job management software such as ServiceM8, Tradify or Fergus, I'll work with it wherever it allows. If you run everything from your phone and a notebook, that's fine too.
Will customers know they're talking to AI?
Messages are written in your voice and you choose what goes out automatically and what waits for you to check. I'll always recommend being upfront where it matters.
Is it worth it for a one-person business?
Often that's where it helps most, because every hour of admin is an hour you're not earning. We'll work out in the first chat whether it's worth it for you.
Let's have a chat
Tell me a little about your business and what's taking up your time. The first chat is free, and there's no obligation.
