Why I use AI and automation
A few years ago, fixing a time-consuming process meant hiring someone or buying expensive software. Now a lot of it can be handled by AI assistants: they reply to common enquiries, turn your notes into quotes, chase invoices and keep your records up to date, while you stay in control and approve anything important.
The tools are cheap or free. The hard part is knowing which ones to use, connecting them to how you actually work, and setting them up so they're reliable and safe with your data. That's where I come in.

I don't just tell you what to change. I've run operations myself, so I find the problem, set up the fix with you, and check it's working. Most of the fixes use simple automation and AI, so they keep saving you time long after I've gone.

Do you work remotely?
Yes. I work online with businesses anywhere in Australia, and on site where it makes sense. Most of the setup can be done remotely without disrupting your day.
What size of business do you work with?
