The workshop is designed for teams up to 25 staff. Bigger groups can be split into two sessions so everyone gets hands-on time.
Do my staff need to be good with technology?
No. If they can use email and a phone, they'll be fine. Everything is explained in plain English and practised on real examples from your business.
Online or on site?
Either. I run workshops on site or online, anywhere in Australia. On site tends to work best for teams who don't sit at a desk all day.
